Biography

After practicing in both large and small firms in Raleigh and Wilmington, North Carolina since 1995, John S. Austin has opened The Law Offices of John Austin, PLLC. The firm focuses on solving the legal issues of individuals and businesses. While our emphasis is on trial work and complex litigation, we also serve as general counsel for a number of business throughout North Carolina.

Mr. Austin has handled and tried a wide variety of complex cases throughout the State of North Carolina and in all three districts of the Federal courts in North Carolina. Drawing upon his experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Burley Mitchell of the North Carolina Supreme Court. Mr. Austin has also successfully handled a number of appeals.
